Terms & Conditions for LinkedIn Profile Update Services

1. Authorization & Consent
By availing our LinkedIn profile update service, the client authorizes Linkcvright Team to access and update their LinkedIn profile on their behalf. The client voluntarily provides their LinkedIn login credentials for this purpose and acknowledges that this authorization is temporary and limited to profile enhancement activities.

2. Data Privacy & Security
a) We ensure that the client’s login details and personal data are handled securely and are not shared with any third parties.
b) The client is responsible for updating their password once our service is completed to maintain account security.
c) We do not store or retain any login credentials after the agreed-upon updates are made.

3. Limited Liability
a) Linkcvright is not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by LinkedIn due to profile modifications, login activities, or changes made as part of our services.
b) We do not guarantee job placements, increased profile visibility, or recruiter responses after the updates.
c) The client acknowledges that LinkedIn’s policies and algorithms may change, impacting profile reach and visibility beyond our control.

4. Compliance with LinkedIn Policies
a) The client understands that sharing LinkedIn login credentials with a third party may violate LinkedIn’s User Agreement. The client agrees to proceed at their own discretion.
b) We strictly follow ethical guidelines while updating profiles and do not engage in any prohibited activities such as fake endorsements, misleading credentials, or spam-related activities.

5. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Linkcvright harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from LinkedIn’s enforcement of its policies or any unintended consequences of profile updates.

6. Service Completion & Password Reset
Upon completing the LinkedIn profile updates, the client agrees to change their LinkedIn password immediately. [Your Company Name] will not be liable for any unauthorized access after the service is delivered.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
a) Once the profile update work has started, no refunds will be provided.
b) In case of cancellation before work commencement, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of India laws.
